Publication Ethics
JLTS strictly adheres to the publication ethics and standards of the academia. Authors, reviewers, editors and members of the editorial board must maintain a high level of ethics to ensure that there is honesty, integrity, fairness and responsibility in communication.
Authors must ensure that the paper that has been submitted for publication in JLTS is an original paper and the research work described is not plagiarized, fabricated, falsified or has misappropriated any data.
Authors must acknowledge all previous literature on which the research work is based and sources of funding and people who contributed to the research work.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors should:
- Submit your unique, unpublished manuscript.
- Proper referencing of all academic sources is necessary.
- Don’t plagiarize, falsify, or duplicate publications.
- Disclose any conflicts of interest and funding source.
- Authorship determined on the basis of scholarly contribution.
- Cooperate during the review and editing process.
- Inform the journal about errors discovered post-publication.

Reviewer and Editor Responsibilities
The important thing here is that the reviewers should remain objective and constructive and that the editor's decisions regarding publication of the article must be based on the merits of the research paper only.
In the case of ethical issues, the journal may publish corrections, editorial expressions of concern, or even withdraw the paper.
